NEW Registration Process for 2024

Registration has been revamped for improved efficiency and attendee control:

1. Virtual registrations have to be made separately. 

2. In previous years, all attendee session selections had to be made while registering.  That's not the case this year. 

3. When registering this year, you'll have to:
   - Enter the # of attendees
   - Enter attendee's demographic information 
   - Check the Event Admission Box for each attendee (Mandatory)
   - IF attending the optional Pre-Conference check the Event Session box
   - Complete registration and payment or pay later (mailing in a check)

4. If registering others, you must input their name and email address. If we don't have this accurate information, those attendees will not be able to access Whova. 

5. Attendees will select their sessions and create their schedule on our Whova page or the Whova app. 

6. Whova will open on March 15th and all registrants will be emailed to join.  After this date, registrants will receive an email at the end of each week granting them access to Whova, where they can select their session preferences and customize their conference schedule.
