Registration Instructions

The registration process is the same as last year and takes only a few minutes.

Step 1 – Start Registration

Click the button above or go HERE  

  • If you are a CPA member, log in using your primary account to receive the member discount.
  • If you are not a member, simply close the login box if it appears.

Step 2 – Enter Attendee Information

  • Select the number of attendees you are registering and check “Include myself as an attendee” if applicable.
  • Complete the demographic information and ensure that all email addresses are correct. Each attendee will receive important conference communications, including access to the Whova conference app.

Step 3 – Review and Submit

Review and approve the waiver statement to proceed.

At checkout, you can:

  • Pay by credit card, or
  • Select “Pay Later” to send payment by check

After completing registration, you will receive either:

  • A receipt (if paying by credit card), or
  • An invoice (if paying later)

Please check your inbox and spam folder.

Selecting Your Sessions (Whova)

All session selections are completed through the Whova conference app.

Each Friday, registered attendees will receive an email invitation to join Whova and begin selecting sessions.

Please note:

  • Many sessions have attendance caps
  • Early selection helps ensure you get your preferred sessions

Virtual Conference Registration

Virtual conference registration must be completed separately. Please visit the Conference Page for details and the virtual registration link.
