2025 CPA Conference: In Person Registration (June 11 - 13)

  • If you're the primary contact from your organization, it's much easier to log in using your company account, especially when adding CPA members to the registration. It takes less time to complete and you'll receive one invoice or receipt for all registrants.
  • To receive the CPA conference discount, you must log into your account (company or individual).

**When ready to begin, select the number of attendees (people you're registering), fill out the requested information, review & accept the waiver, and then click continue.

  • If you're attending the conference as the registrant, ensure the box "Include myself as an attendee" is checked. Your information will automatically be filled in on the next page.
  • If you're registering others only, make sure the box is unchecked.

The Commonwealth Prevention Alliance (CPA) is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and memorable Annual Conference for all in attendance.  For all conference attendees to be permitted to participate with the Commonwealth Prevention Alliance and its related activities (“Activities”), and by clicking this Waiver of Liability, Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (“Agreement”), Participant acknowledges and agrees as follows: REVIEW WAIVER.

  • By checking the box below, you agree to adhere to CPA's liability waiver, release, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement.
  • If you register more than one person, you serve as their proxy and agree on their behalf.
